As one Like Hearted Leader once said, LHL can't really be explained to those on the outside. It's something you don't know you need until you experience it and then you don't want to leave.

Each Friday morning is different.

You will always be connected with a like hearted individual who you'll quite possibly have the conversation you really needed to have.

You'll learn leadership. You'll learn about yourself. You'll learn how to relate to others.

There is a safe space to ask questions, get support on your business or support on life.

The calls are currently online using Zoom.

You will always leave more inspired, more energised and more connected than when you arrived.

Currently Like Hearted Leaders is a weekly online community. We have members from all over the UK, as well as Europe and as far as Australia!

We do host retreats once a year and in May 2023 launched our first in person LHL Lunchtime Event in Exeter, Devon.

We are also rolling out the LHL Workshop Series - a number of events and transformational workshops, so keep your eyes peeled for those :)

Currently we meet online as a whole community on Friday mornings 8.30am - 9.30am GMT.

You don't have to come every week but the more you come, the more connected and bigger the breakthroughs you'll have being part of the community of like hearted and minded entrepreneurs, leaders and business owners.

Outside of the calls we have a members only What's App group and a community area with a members directory, giving you opportunities to build long term relationships with aligned people.

We also meet on Wednesday mornings at 10am for 20 minutes for " Creative Breakfast". This is a much smaller meet-up and has no agenda. Each week we discuss a topic, podcast, book, insight that has come up for those on the call. Always a surprising insight.

Once you start connecting in the community and feel that sense of belonging, you will see that the value of this community extends far outside of the structured sessions. The support between members is immeasurable. Tens of thousands of pounds of business has been done within the community but more importantly the mental health benefits are off the scale.

Members report feeling more heard, seen, appreciated and that LHL provides the only space they have where they feel fully safe to share parts of themselves they cannot share elsewhere.

A space to ask the 'silly' questions and to receive the help and support to move towards the next best version of yourself.

It has always been important to Claire that the Like Hearted Leaders Community is accessible for all. She therefore has a small number of subsidised spaces available.

In the past, she has also given free memberships to members who have then had so much value that they have initiated, without prompting, starting to pay, when they had the means.

Also because Claire has experienced this, remember that everything in life is an exchange of value. We value things more that we have paid for, we are more invested and committed because there has been an energy exchange.

The more invested you are the higher the commitment level.
